Executive Assistant to the CEO

About this role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and operational support, helping turn discussions, decisions, and business opportunities into completed actions. The role manages correspondence, schedules, meetings, documents, follow-ups, and delegated tasks while ensuring important deadlines and commitments are tracked through completion. The position also supports commercial accounts, customer relationships, quotations, proposals, contracts, supplier coordination, and new customer implementations. Working closely with the CEO, General Manager, accounting, and operations teams, the Executive Assistant helps coordinate business activities, special projects, and growth initiatives. The role offers increasing responsibility and autonomy as knowledge of the company develops.

What you'll do

• 1Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO, managing schedules, correspondence, meetings, documents, and follow-ups. Track tasks and deadlines, coordinate with employees, customers, and suppliers, and support commercial accounts, proposals, contracts, and customer relationships.
• 2Assist with new customer implementations, purchase orders, supplier coordination, business opportunities, and special projects. Work closely with management, accounting, and operations to ensure commitments and projects are completed efficiently.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Confidence communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
• Previous experience in executive assistance, administration, account coordination, project coordination, or a similar role is preferred
