What you'll do

• 1Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• 2Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and provincial standards
• 3Supervise and mentor RPNs, PSWs and nursing students
• 4Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system
• 5Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and families
