Infrastructure Operations Lead

About this role

The Infrastructure Operations Lead supports the Infrastructure & Operations team by overseeing facilities management, coordinating infrastructure projects, maintaining building systems, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role also contributes to business continuity planning, preventive maintenance, and operational excellence across multiple healthcare sites.

What you'll do

• 1Support business continuity planning
• 2Coordinate capital infrastructure projects
• 3Manage facilities and building operations
• 4Oversee vendor and contractor performance
• 5Coordinate lease renewals and relocations
• 6Conduct facility inspections and engineering tests
• 7Monitor HVAC, BAS, electrical and access control systems
• 8Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are maintained
• 9Manage facilities databases and security systems
• 10Support policy development and implementation
• 11Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation
• 12Supervise contract staff and building operations
• 13Support operational improvement initiatives
• 14Assist with special projects as assigned

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of facilities and vendor management experience
• Experience managing or coordinating projects
• Knowledge of HVAC, BAS, fire pumps, fire panels, and electrical systems
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety standards
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
